Absolutely appalling service

Took car in for 2nd service booked a ‘waiting appointment’ and for the 2nd after sitting there for 1.5 hours they hadn’t even started the service so I guess what they mean by a waiting appointment is that they will keep you waiting all day.. Always full of excuses but shame they don’t seem to be able to put all that hot air into action. Perhaps it’s just because I am a disabled customer and see me as a second class citizen, therefore they think it is acceptable to provide me with a second class service. The attitude of the staff is appalling they should take the word ‘service’ out of their vocabulary. I would avoid these cowboys at ALL COSTS!!!!!
