Bought focus end of February wasn't until warm weather that realised air con not working went back to Steve no problem took it for reg as but wasn't that fan not working they got new part met me at garage where left car took me home then rang me later that it was done came and collected me to go and pick it up nothing was too much trouble and no charge was made although had car for just under 3 months
