Terrible service, Avoid

I booked a car, paid all the deposits requested by branch. They called me to come and collect the car. Upon arrival, they couldn’t handover the car, made excuse that there were some technical issues! Wasted my whole day by keeping me in the branch and making me wait for no reason!
