Great @ sales; poor @ post sales support

Initially good engagement with David when showing the car and taking my money. Wasn’t around however when picking up the car and and when asking for a copy of the V5C when purchasing David seemed to vanish. Despite several attempts to reach David and discuss this he has shown poor customer care and interest in engaging. I would urge with caution any engagement. Definitely interested in your cash and doing a deal above all else.
