Horrendous Company to Deal With
Absolutely abhorrent treatment from Nissan Birmingham. Danielle took money off my mother without even going through any T&C’s or paperwork … but happily took her deposit!! (She’s nearly 80). She has signed no paperwork except her deposit. THIS IS AGAINST ALL PROTOCOL. Car not ready after 2weeks, numerous calls ignored, even the DP never called my mother back. On handover day & discussions with Mike the manager about Danielle's handling of the sale he tried his hardest to rectify everything. However within an hour of leaving the garage with pick up arranged we were called again to say car not ready due to bird mess (this was on the car 2 weeks previously). I will be taking the matter up with the Ombudsman regarding their service & the disgusting manor in which Danielle spoke to my mother when she cancelled her order today.
