I had a highly disappointing experience with the service at the Hyundai dealership. The employee responsible for communication between the workshop and customers treated me dismissively, lacked knowledge, and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. My inquiries were often ignored, and the information I received was frequently incorrect. This caused me significant stress and frustration. The only person deserving of a positive mention is the manager Martyn Buckby.The company’s policy seems solely focused on profit and benefits for the company, with absolutely no benefits for the customer.
