Poor service

I bought a car from them in March. It was supposed to be in good working order with no faults. When I picked it up, it turned out that the washers and the rear were not working. The first drive home showed suspension faults and bad wheel alignment. The next day I found a lot of broken glass on the driver's side and it turned out that the window was broken. A different, old scratched one was installed and there are problems with it to this day. The car is even missing the unlocking wheel nut. The rear air vent and cigarette lighter were also damaged. I also bought a warranty for £999 which was supposed to be from RAC but was never activated by them. I have contacted them 1000 times to have the faults repaired without result. They lie and cheat people as much as they can. Today is 14.06.2024 and still nothing has been repaired. I have forwarded the case to the Financial Ombudsman so maybe they will sort it out and teach these morons how to treat customers. Read reviews about them because you can avoid unnecessary stress. I do not recommend these scammers and liars, avoid this place.
