Avoid at all costs
I agree with many of the other reviews here. I had a problem with my Seat Alhambra. I have left a detailed timeline of events below. In short the communication was terrible. I was constantly chasing for information and updates. There was always an excuse, always a reason that it wasn't Jaz's fault. There was no urgency. However, he was quick to relist the vehicle...an advert for it is currently live on his website barely 24 hours after I returned the vehicle. The Seat Alhambra in question is KR11 CZZ. This car has a serious but intermittent fault with the ESP system. Sometimes the car starts fine. Other times you can see a message saying ESP fault and the car won't start. Jaz told me the issue was fixed after I was refunded, but you should definitely check. You should also be aware of your rights under the consumer rights act 2015. Avoid like the plague. Timeline of Events: March 14th: Purchased the vehicle. March 16th: Amber engine warning light appeared. March 21st: Serious EPC fault rendered the vehicle unusable. March 23rd: Arranged collection with multiple missed communications regarding collection time. Vehicle finally collected on March 24th. March 30th: Received the vehicle back with no explanation of repairs or apology for communication issues. March 31st: EPC fault reoccurred. Vehicle collected again on April 1st. April 11th - 17th: Despite repeated inquiries, no updates provided. Electrical fault identified on April 17th. April 24th: Diagnostic tests booked with a specialist for May 1st. May 3rd: Informed of ECU issue and wait time for repairs. May 11th: No updates received. Prompted for information and informed ECU would be repaired. May 17th: Confirmed ECU repair still ongoing. May 20th: ECU fitted. MOT booked for May 31st (as per our agreement). No communication regarding vehicle testing. May 31st - June 1st: No response to inquiries regarding MOT results. MOT check via government website revealed a pass on May 29th. June 1st: ESP fault reappeared. June 3rd: Informed of ESP fault after chasing for updates.
