AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP - GENUINELY SHADY

tHIS IS THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I am sure if my car was in good condition I would have no complaints, they sold me it quick, we did a reasonable deal. I purchased a BMW 5 series with 55k miles for £9500. BUT WITHIN A MONTH THE CAR NEEDED REPAIR AND EVERYONE AT THE COMPANY DISSAPEARED. Not answering calls, not answering emails, total avoidance. I have had two brief conversations where I was told very little about the process and I would need to get the car fixed myself and try to claim it back. I am still within my 30 days and legally I am entitled to a refund. I have explained via email and text that I will be happy if they respond and assist with getting my car back on the road. They still have not responded. I am seeking legal advice about how to obtain my refund from them. I am sure they are fine if the car has no issues but I plead anyone who is looking to buy a car to TOTALLY AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!
