Very bad customer service

selected a car and payed £500 as a deposit last week they where going to give me the car today but they are not replying my phone calls and left messages to the voicemail but no reply I got an email from Finley yesterday and he said he will contact me today when the car will ready but he didn’t I want Friday last week and spoke to Adnan and he said he will call me on Monday and correct what he over charged £300 and he didn’t now they have taken £500 and £112 for ceramic coating I am trying to contact then everyday not they don’t care.very bad service from Jemca in Reading.
