Complaint against Slough Branchnch

Please please do not use this Vauxhall Slough branch. I still have pre purchase issues with my 2 year old car purchased in January that I was promised would be rectified but have actually been made worse. I also had major brake issues 3 weeks after purchasing. I am being completely ignored and promised phone call backs do not come, I have also asked for help via chat bot and email but to no avail. Ignored by Damien and Chris Wood, Branch Manager. Please do not buy a car from them. I am extremely upset and stressed by my treatment of this branch.
