I recently bought a fabulous Vauxhall Combo from Brookside. I live 3 hours from Tonbridge so had to rely on mobile and facetime calls for the initial stage of the sale. Peter was amazing to deal with, always couteous and professional. No question or query was too much bother. He was open and honest about the state of the vehicle and was able, even over the phone to reassure me regarding the warranty, history of the vehicle etc. Peter agreed to meet me on a Sunday as that was the only day I could travel and couldn't have been more helpful. After a thorough check of the van and a test drive, I felt completely confident that I was buying the best vehicle for my budget. Peter made the whole process easy, he engenders a feeling of trust which as an older single woman, is so important for me. I am absolutely delighted with "Horace", he is everything Peter promised he would be - I honestly couldn't be happier. Thank you so much, Peter.
