My name is Louis Johnson on 6th March 24 i purchased a 2016 Kia Soul on line from Stoke branch i am very pleased with the car & the salesman Lama unfortunaly in June on trying the a/c it was faulty i rang Lama who gave me your warranty no .who i rang &spoke to a very pleasent lady i explained my problem she rang sales manager at Stoke who confermed they will cover the cost even though it was out of warranty she then rang Stafford & booked it in job done ,i would like to say thank you for service above & beyond what i expected,please thank ladies on sevice desk for txt on stages of repair .
