Worst Customer Service ever.
I went to this branch not intending to buy anything but saw a car i really liked, and i put the £99 reservation deposit down on it. Now I understand this car had only just come into the garage and needed looking at, but i was told the car would be going on the website that afternoon, and i didn't want to risk it incase someone else bought it, so i put the deposit down. This was on the Saturday, and on the Sunday i went back to make sure i liked it, and to discuss pricing and everything, and was told that someone would ring me on Monday to tell me how it went in the workshop. No one rung. Tuesday, no one rung. Wednesday I rung them and was told my sales person ( RIO WALL) was busy and couldn't speak to me which was fair enough, but this sales person i was speaking to said that the car is not fit for sale and someone will ring me back in the next hour to discuss what happens next. No one rung me. I then left it until Friday, and rung them again, which RIO (my original sales person) answered the phone, and as soon as i told him my name, he hung up on me. I rung them back, to which i was told by a different sales person that the car I had put a deposit down on had been sold in auction... and said i should get my deposit back in the next 3-5 working days. The overall communication from this branch is absolutely appalling, and I feel as though once they have some money from you, they couldn't care less about you or your custom.
