I sold my toyota gt86 to Richard through an online auction. The vehicle delivery company messed me around for two weeks and I contacted Richard who, despite being on holiday, offered assistance. He was unable to obtain a firm commitment for delivery so despatched one of his own staff to collect the car (a 500 mile round trip). He kept me informed throughout as to what was happening. Terrific customer service.
