Awful customer service

Agreed price to sell my car to them , was told to wait until Monday and they would be in touch , no contact at all so re visit exactly a week later and was given a new price well over a thousand pounds less than previously agreed, felt like they were trying to rip me off !! Excuse was “ well the book price has gone down” over a thousand pounds in a week I don’t think so !! Horrible experience , avoid, worst customer care experience ever!! The guy didn’t care at all !!
