Horrendous

Don’t waste your time!!! Sales staff don’t return calls ever. Took three weeks from purchase to receiving the car, car hadn’t been valeted and had damaged console that wasn’t damaged at time of purchase. Took another month to replace the pets which I ended up doing myself. Car needed brakes done within a couple of weeks and further damage was found by mechanic. VTC don’t want to know, worst experience of purchasing a car we’ve had.
