Rip-off prices second rate service

Rip-off prices. Didn't even bother to stamp the service… Didn't bother to stamp the service book. I had to go back to get it stamped. Prices are ridiculous. I had a full service, £380, two advisories, the first, the stubby aerial was missing, perrys wanted £45, found it online for £5.75, the second was the timing belt, water pump replacement, £980, I quickly found a very reputable servicing company who are charging me £535 including 12 months parts and labour guarantee. There is absolutely nothing wrong with making a profit, it's very wrong to rip-off your customers. Need less to say I won't be using Perrys again.
