Bought an ID3 from them. It had a software problem, where the infotainment system randomly reboots, and the speedo went off, so you have no idea what speed you're doing. That's just dangerous. They had an attempt at fixing it (reinstallthe software), leaving me in the showroom for 3 hours. They later declared that they didn't have any attempts at fixing the issue, but had disconnected the 12v battery to gain access to the faulty charging port. Apparently that took 3 hours. Anyway, I cancelled the order under the Consumer Goods Act of 2015, but it took them over a month to refund me any money. It was handy that I work for a law firm. The sales manager was particularly rude and condescending, and their formal complaints process has ignored my complaint. My advice, look elsewhere, as their written promises aren't worth the paper they're written on.
