Poor after sales service

Brought 1 year old Kia, salesman said usual spiel that we could contact him with any problems, when we did have problem, 2 weeks later, he would not take our calls or never got back to us. Clearly no PDI as the vehicle had coolant leak which had been leaking for some time given state of engine bay. Problem took 3 weeks to resolve, reluctant to give loan car, Not impressed with level of service, only interested in taking our money, Do not recommend this Kia Dealer.
