Avoid at all costs

Bought a hybrid car from Bayer an initially had no problem as I was driving 99% of the time in EV mode When driving in hybrid mode for the first time for a long trip I experienced a significant fault After reaching out to Bayer I was ignored on several occasions. Eventually I received a response but it took the tone of ‘your car your problem’ This seems to be an ongoing theme at Bayer as the reviews show My advice to s avoid at all costs. Bayer promotes themselves as a legitimate family run business, but they are a business that are willing to ignore the law when it comes to selling cars with faults If you have fallen foul to Bayer I suggest taking them to small claims court as I will do.
