Awful Customer Service
My car was booked in for a badge replacement for which I was quoted £50, I arrived just after 10.30 and advised them that I would need to leave by 3. As it's just a badge replacement I assumed it should take no longer than an hour or 2. At 3pm, I went over to reception as could see my car on the front who then called over the sales assistant (Marley I think his name was) to be told they cannot replace the badge, due to something being snapped off and I will need a whole new front bumper!! Shocking! Firstly who in their right mind would pay £100s for a new bumper when the badge is just stuck on with glue. Secondly I was left waiting all day when Marley could have given me that information much earlier on. I will be taking my business to Sytner in future.
