Different/odd size tyres fitted by them

They supplied and fitted two new front tyres to my sportage of different sizes. (admiteddley nearly 2 years ago. But its only just come to light with the cars first MOT). They're of the opinion that in all probability, one of the tyres was changed to an identical make, brand etc. within a short period of time by myself (As they have the same wear) to the one fitted by them. But with a different size. Therefore, I've got to sort it out myself!!
