1. they message twice asking for you to collect the car during office hours, as they are clearly busy after 5pm. 2. you do so, to assist them, and pay - only to then be told they have lost your keys ! 3. they are eventually found, and you go to your car - to find the promised valet hadn't been done either. 4. I received "sincere apologies" from a customer service manager who seemed to be chewing a wasp at the same time, and was probably less apologetic than Mike Tyson in his prime. 5. They very carefully obtained payment before advising the key was lost however. 6. So incompetent, but not stupid - a dangerous mix. Use anyone other than Harold Wood Audi !
