Poor service poor overall

I bought my Carrola from Sandhurst and when I picked it up it was filthy the interior had food stains all over the seats and was generally in a dirty state. The manager apologised and gave me a courtesy car which was nice but I had to wait another week to collect the car I was looking forward to collecting. I then had a squeak from the front brakes and tryed removing the front wheels. The locking wheel nuts were so tight the locking tool snapped so I had to take the car back and have them removed by a specialist because they were so tight the car had been only ever been serviced at Sandhurst Toyota. The radio sat nav needs to be updated with new firm ware 2 times I have taken it in and still the same. When you phone them they promise you they will call back and you never get a call back. Im not sure what's going on at Sandhurst but it's like they can't be bothered or are very forgetful or maybe it's personal and they don't want my money but either way they will not be getting any more from me.
