Bad mechanics

Bought a motorbike from them,they put new brake pads on the bike and a mot,got it delivered, I took it out for a ride and the front brakes made a terrible noise when applied, so I rang and said something isn't right, I was told they would ring me back the next day to arrange for me to drop it off to them so they could get a mechanic to look at it,,,never rang me, so I took the callipers of and they had put one of the pads in back to front,, so now I have one disc worn badly on one side,,, terrible mechanic and I paid 3 grand for the bike
