Don't but a Mercedes EQE
I am extremely disappointed with the Mercedes-Benz EQE that I purchased from the Coventry Mercedes Benz dealership. From the moment I drove it off the parking lot, I encountered numerous issues that made me question the quality and reliability of this vehicle. The vehicle certainly DOES NOT cover the range of mileage that it is supposed to, Which should be 380 miles, I was told I would probs lay achieve 350 to 360 miles range. But I’m lucky to be getting 250 and the battery runs flat at the this point when they advertise that it should do in excess of 380 miles. I am very disappointed. To make matters customer service at the Coventry Mercedes-Benz dealership was terrible. The staff were rude and dismissive, showing no interest in helping me resolve the problems I was experiencing with my car. Despite multiple attempts to get support, I received no meaningful assistance or after-sales service. I would give them the testominal of “Embarrassing customer care from a “leading” brand”. For a company that claims to offer luxury and excellence, this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise against buying from this dealership or considering the EQE model. Avoid at all costs!
