First Service with Mazda Harrogate

I would like to give a 5* excellent review to Troy Hayward at Stoneacre Mazda in Harrogate. I recently bought a Mazda CX30 and it required its first service. Troy Hayward dealt patiently with me, as I was unfamiliar with all the car's specifications. A well mannered and professional young man, he answered all my questions comprehensively. He went over and above his remit, by finding time to fit locking wheel nuts on my car. The service was done efficiently and Troy talked me through the inspection criteria, invoice and gave sound advice on maintenance. He came out to the vehicle to answer further queries about the car. Two other employees, Dave and Marcus, also joined him to explain in more detail the finer points of the model. The time, care and attention given to me by Troy, in particular, and his colleagues at Stoneacre Mazda, Harrogate, on this first service, was superb! I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.
