Car delivered with a fault

Car delivered with a fault! many promises later they failed to rectify the issue. I got the AA involved but they got the same result!. The AA have removed them from their approved dealer network because of this. Despite this they still advertise that they are AA approved. I am informed the AA are taking legal action over this.
