Kimmo and the team at Sterling have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. From being very apprehensive at first enquiry stage to soon being extremely happy and elated with the level of customer service shown and how at ease I was made to feel. The price quoted for my PX was explained fully and honoured above and beyond my expectations. The trust show when viewing the car even on Kimmo’s day off (Closed on Sundays) was 2nd to none. My friend and myself where left to view the car at total ease and without any hassle or sales patter. This for me was what sealed the deal. The trust and easy going nature and feeling of integrity. Was kept informed every step of the journey and picking the car up was an absolute pleasure. 15-20 min was on my way in my new wheels. Trade in done paper work done all sorted. I will certainly struggle to look elsewhere in the future and the drive over from Manchester was defiantly worth It.
