Omg I wish I had found this site before

These people, had me in tears, I was on my own, scared and still am! I’m still within my right to take the car back! I asked to change the car, as the brakes had not been fitted properly and the clutch was about to go, I was told both off these thing where fine, and whoever looked at the car did not know what they where talking about, and as I had damaged the car it would cost me an extra 800 pound to even exchange! But by that time I was just to frighten to say anything! I just said ok I will just keep it! Tears rolling down my face and visibly shaking! I wonted to phone the police but I just couldn’t think what I would say! They didt threaten me or anything, I felt threatened, but I’m not sure that counts, I was definitely robed off 3900 pound, There was no Gun, but I definitely felt the shot! These people are dangerous!!! , they are still advertising on GUMMTREE!! EBay! And loads more sites! This is 2024! WHY HAS THIS BEEN Allowed? What on earth am I meant to do now! how can our government, police, trade & standards , allow this to carry on? Please tell me?
