Crap Cars

My daughter bought A car sales person very good But that was the end everything went down hill in 3 months we’ve had to jumpstart the car, the clutch went on it or should I say the pedal dropped to the floor on a busy road after limping the car home, she got in touch with pure cars to be told bring the car in which obviously she couldn’t. She asked about a curtesy car the reply was we don’t have them on the shelves, eventually after a few word from myself and from no where they found one and they came picked the car up and dropped the curtesy car off. 3 days later my daughter went on holiday, on her return the car had been dropped off as they said it was all ok, no it wasn’t I had to jumpstart the car she then went to drop the children off and on her return the clutch pedal dropped again on the busy roundabout near Normanton police station as luck would have it another driver saw she was in distress and went to her aid. I have been back to pure cars as she as said she doesn’t want the car anymore and been passed from pillar to post been approached by the most ignorant/horrible/scruffy person I have encountered on my 69years on this earth despite being ex army, I have found that every person I have spoken to are nothing but liars. I am now waiting to see where we go from here as they have the VW back along with the keys/paperwork and I’m dealing with trading standards and there customer services Mean while my daughter is being inconvenienced with no car to get to work.
