Paid a deposit and was told 3-4 weeks for delivery, after much chasing the van was delivered after 9 weeks. I was also told I needed to pay pre delivery so I did after being promised a date, this was pushed back another 2 weeks. After using the van we realised there was an issue with the way the curtains were held in so contacted Van Discount to be told to contact the people who manufactured the body. I did this and at my expense had the vehicle taken a round trip of 360mls to get it put right, Van Discount did not involve themselves in this and not once did they contact us to see if all was okay. To top it all off I chased them for the logbook only to be told after a phone call and emails that in the agreement it stated that we had to wait till the vehicle was due to be taxed, why this couldn’t of been said on the 1st phone call inquiry left me feeling that they were being shifty. My experience with them has not been a good one and will not be ordering again from them.
