Poor customer service

Came to lexus hull with the intention of buying a new NX350. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the receptionist who's service I cannot fault she was brilliant. She made us a coffee sat us down and she spoke to a gentleman to see us. Well we waited and waited the receptionist even gave him a reminder so we had a look at the cars outside came back in and waited and waited again after 30 mins we left. Thank god lexus Lincoln know how to look after customers and now have had our business.
