Very poor

Bought a brand new hyundai tucson ( £33.000),picked the car up from Durham ,was told it was taxed for 3 months,it wasn't,didn't even get a set of floor mat's,had to purchase them myself from hyundai (£70),was told they were extra,asked to speak to management,still waiting for a call back,absolutely appalling after sales service,would never recommend these to anyone,
