Best dealership I've dealt with

Having never bought a car from an unknown dealer, without visiting the showroom, meeting staff or seeing the car made me extremely nervous. But Global's website did a great job of “selling” the car to me. From the second I saw the photos and read the description, we knew it was the car for us. All my worries and fears were then put to bed having spoken to and conversed over Whatsapp and email with the amazing team Tracey, Junior and Alan. Friendly, professional, understanding and clearly committed to putting their customer's at ease and providing an amazing service. When I asked for extra videos of the vehicle, they were sent quickly. When I asked questions they were answered immediately, or if they weren't sure then they got back to me. I wasn't happy with an advisory that was on a previous MOT, so they got it up on the ramp and took a look, then rectified the issue – free of charge even though I'd just asked them to go halves with me. And the delivery service was spot on too. Junior said “we want to provide you with a quality service because we want you to keep coming back to us”. It is safe to say that although I am 220 miles away and never been into the showroom, I will definitely be going to them for my next car. We've had the car a week, and we love it.
