I bought a 15 year old Mokka, so I'm not expecting perfection. They were true to their advertising and MOT'd the vehicle providing new brake pads and two new tyres. A few days after pick up I was unhappy about scratches on the windscreen. There was no quibble, they arranged for a repair. During the process they spotted an engine error code and arranged for a part replacement. The windscreen repair was not satisfactory, so they agreed to pay the excess for a replacement. This company has gone beyond what I was expecting from used car sales. They have acted honourably in all my dealings with them.
