Appalling - avoids calls and emails

Since buying the van in March 2024 we have had nothing but problems, the contact with the owner is appalling, always ignores calls and messages. A part was left at the dealership for the van - Renault traffic and after travelling to the dealership ( 25 mins away) we were told the part would be delivered to us, after numerous attempts of contact chasing this up we have been left in the dark. Wouldn’t recommend buying from this dealership it feels as if as soon as you have bought the vehicle that they have no interest in dealing with you. After care is appalling.
