Drew and Jay are not only knowledgeable they have the ability to treat customers like they would expect to be treated. I would happily purchase another 10 cars from them based on my experience. I'd been looking for a specific C-Class Estate with all of the added extras. Not even Mercedes main dealers could find me the specific one! After nearly giving up, I managed to find one, I called Velvis to verify that the description matched the actual car on the site as it was over 100 miles away. The car was exactly as described! I loved it, left a deposit came back to collect after going on holiday! Whilst i was away the car was cleaned, they completed a cherished numberplate transfer for me and made my new number plates!
