Bad Experience

They forgot to leave my keys at a local Restaurant when I came to collect my car (in for 2 days) after hours. I had no lift and my car was on the main toad. I left a note read as thus "Where were my Keys, not impressed (then my reg and mobile)).( Thanks to the restaurant for trying your best for me ringing staff ) I live 45 min drive away. Next Morning they rang me to apologize. I agreed they owed me one and Richard ? launched into a torrent of abuse. They accused me of wasting their time any money and only booked it in to get money off them through the Warranty. Basically come get my keys and do one. I (when I got a word in) explained I already came back with my spare and got my car. He then told me there was "Bugger All" wrong with it. It was in for 2 days by the by on their suggestion. "We will look after you any problems call"(at sale) yeah like that eh. Very very poor dread to think if I have another issue. I won;t be going back ever ever again. Very poor,seen some true colours.
