Terrible service

They even removed my review on auto trader: Completely wasted 6 hour round trip, very unhappy potential customer Very disappointed!! My husband travelled a long way from South Wales to Harrow after making an appointment with Mohamed to see a red 2021 registered Honda Jazz Hybrid crosstar. Mohamed was not there for the appointment and the other sales person showed him a 9 year old Honda Jazz, which according to him was the only red one in stock, despite my husband insisting he came to see a new Hybrid. A completely wasted journey and I was left very disappointed, as I was very keen on the 2021 Honda Jazz. Shocking customer service, not happy at all!
