Avoid this dealer if you can

I was beyond thrilled to buy a new car from this company, but that excitement quickly turned into a nightmare. Just 5 days in, the clutch gave out, and two more issues cropped up. The dealer agreed to look at the clutch but refused to address the other problems. Frustrated, I used my statutory right to request a full refund. Here's where it gets worse: the dealer took the car back, immediately relisted it on Autotrader for more than I paid, and STILL refuses to refund me. He’s blatantly ignoring his legal obligations even after accepting the return of the car. There's definitely a word for this kind of behavior... Please, don’t make the same mistake I did. Find another dealer
