Non existent warranty

We bought a Megane from here in December, deal included 6 months warranty and £30 of fuel. Picked it up and was told that fuel was was done, drove away, no fuel at all. Filler cap fell off at petrol station. Called the warranty company two weeks ago to start a claim for something else, was told warranty had been cancelled because the dealer hadn’t paid for it. Dealer contacted but has stopped responding and still hasn’t paid for warranty.
