Very poor service
Bought a PHEV Outlander from Premier Motors in March. It was delivered along with a warranty booklet by Louis. I wanted to test the auxiliary heater, that involved installing the Mitsubishi app and that needed a password. The password supplied with the vehicle was wrong so I tried calling and emailing the company, I got no replies, but I did get a text from Louis demanding a final payment A.S.A.P! So I sent a reply text saying that the payment would happen on Monday and could you forward the correct password, I never got a reply. I called Mitsubishi dealer in Cirencester they were very helpful in supplying the correct password. They also emailed as a follow up to ensure I was happy with their service, a total contrast to Premier Motors. After installing the app I tested the pre-heat facility on the Outlander, it didn't work, it was faulty. A week later, after many attempts to talk to someone, they agreed to have the vehicle in to replace a coolant filter. There was no warm welcome from Ross or any hint at an apology for the inconvenience. I never received an invoice so I asked Ross for one. He sent it via email (so no facility to print one). When I checked the email, it was not an invoice it was a sales demand for the full payment! The mechanic removed the filter and asked me to try it for a week to see if it improves. At the same time informing me that he was leaving Premier Motors. Great, now they have no mechanic! I decided I will have to get a competent garage to fix the fault under the warranty. I rang A1 Approved warranty to be told they do NOT have a warranty for the Outlander! I was so disgusted with the service and attitude that I rang Pershore Motor Group and asked "Can you confirm that Premier Motors are a subsidiary of Pershore Motors?" I was informed they are "So why are they not on your website?" There was some shady info that Craig Cameron was running the business. I later had a call from Craig and he explained he owned Premier, I told him of the fiasco I had been through, he made some encouraging remarks, sent me an invoice and apologised saying "We will have your car in, supply a courtesy car and fix the heater issue". That was a month ago and the last I have heard from him or Premier Motors. The company is dysfunctional, a complete shambles. They have a slop shod, unprofessional attitude because they are irresponsible and the owner is never there.
