Untrustworthy liars

Unfortunately the option for zero stars is not available. When you purchase a car and only spend the measly sum of £20000 you still expect to come drive away with everything that was promised. To be verbally told that a service was to be carried out prior to delivery and collection and then once you drive away and arrive home you find out that no service has been carried out. Then you contact them and they deny everything about that the car even needed a service even though the service interval regulations set out by BMW used cars states that a service should have been done. Any service should be carried out under the 4000 miles policy. Then you try to contact the sales person and on cue they are on holiday, in a meeting, on a course and on lunch at the same time, that is some multi tasking individual. More phone calls made and eventually they man up and take the call and surprise surprise amnesia sets in but I will contact my manager and pass the buck. So now this matter is in the hands of trading standards and the motor ombudsman. Warning to anyone buying a car from this bunch, film and record everything that is said when buying or even thinking of buying so that you can play it back to them when the pull a fast one on you!!
