Great Experience

I have just recently purchased a Nissan QASHQAI from Valley Automobiles Ltd. The part exchange price given was really good and was a lot better than most offered from other dealers. The team were very good and went through everything to make sure it was all in order. After a couple of weeks of purchasing the car, the car had developed an alternator fault in which I made Valley Automobiles aware of in which they showed total reassurance that it would be sorted quickly. As a single parent it was hard to bring the car back or to be out of a car, Valley Automobiles had booked the car in local to me paid for the initial diagnostic and initiated with the garage and paid for the full repair. I cannot thank them enough for the way they have been. Genuinely nice people who have an interest for their customers.
