Harwoods Edenbridge Excellent service

Excellent service from Harwoods Edenbridge. I would first say it’s a pleasure dealing with Harwoods Edenbridge where you are always welcomed and greeted by polite staff, the premises are bright, airy, exceptionally clean and tidy, this high standard is also reflected in their customer service. I traded in my Range Rover to a Land Rover Discovery Sport sadly all was not well with the Discovery Sport. There was a manufacturing fault in the main control panel which needed replacing. Due to a supply problem with spares no time frame could be agreed to conclude the repair . After several weeks I rejected the vehicle, placing a fresh priority order for a new Range Rover Sport PHEV . The Discovery Sport was eventually repaired, however I was allowed to keep it up to the delivery of the replacement Rang Rover. There was regular contact over the many months this took to conclude, all staff from management, reception and sales team were professional and helpful at all times, emails and calls were always answered. It’s annoying and frustrating when problems arise what is important is how they are dealt with and corrected, I say “well done Harwoods Edenbridge.” My thanks to the staff directly involved, Ryan Moulds, Steve Colgate and Oliver Horswill.
