Poor car and attitude

I live in shetland . So buying a car is done unseen and on trust that the dealer will give an honest appraisal of the car . Only twice in the last 30+ years have i been caught out . Brownlow cars takes the latest place for that award . Black Bmw, low mileage , higher price than most but thought this would be reflected in the car, unfortunately the only thing reflected were scratches . The car is covered in them , the alloy wheels are all scuffed a;; the way round , the drivers seat is ripped , the passengers door interior has deep scratches in it . Looks like it has done 3x the mileage . I phoned up Terry to tell him i was disappointed in the car , he said what do you ecpect it is a second hand car , i mentioned the ripped seat and he said that i had seen pictures of the car . I said that the rip was not in the pictures and he hung up on me < very rude indeed . Would highly recommend if you do buy a car from here you inspect it very carefully , as they seem to think it is acceptable to have rips , scratches and scuffs on a 7k car . 2 days in and the battery appears to be duff as well !
