Shocking and Poor Service Adam Melville

Very shocking and poor service received from this lookers dealer in Stoke dealing with Adam Melville. Bought car BMW X2 18 plate on Tuesday the 14th, I was told that battery for emergency assistance future needed to be changed but they did not have time because I was already on my way, They arranged to take it to a BMW dealer near my home Sytner Harold Wood. After diagnostics the problem turns out to be much bigger than just a battery/ light change. Water Ingres in Ariel cover so basically been sold a car with a leaking roof. No support received car is currently still at the dealer (Sytner Harold Wood) and they expect me to collect and drive a car with electrical fault back to stoke on Trent with a repair cost of £2755.67 which they are contesting. Two BMW main dealers not agreeing on the cost and repair for a car is very worrying. Very attentive pre-sale and shocking after-sale once they have taking your deposit. No courtesy car and I am stranded with no car. Absolutely shocked by this Lookers dealer and sales person Adam Melville! STAY AWAY! Definitely taking this to court.
