Unsafe!

I found an advertisement for a car in perfect condition, without categories of accidents and nuances, I ordered an inspector who saw some nuances related to the headlight and mirror, but upon arrival I was shocked by how poorly the body was made; the bumper was replaced; it was glued with silicone; the seat was torn; this was not in the advertisement and in the correspondence it was said that the interior was in perfect condition, there was a lot of work on the body that was not mentioned, the steering rack was worn out and made a whistle, it doesn’t say anything about it, plus they have a workshop there where they make these cars, I’m thinking of buying here unsafe!
